   * Fix a bug in script2v by initializing pbstep to 3 as it wasn't defined (use

   * Using -s option requires a full path name for the script to work, which is now
     checked (Bruno Cornec)
   * Do not call pb_ssh_get when pushing packages to ftp repo (Bruno Cornec)
   * Use id_* keys only when not in create mode (delivery to repo). Otherwise use
     pb_* keys (Bruno Cornec)
   * pb now scans VM or RM to detect whether they support ECDSA for ssh connection
     (RHEL7 e.g. doesn't support DSA anymore by default). If yes, then use the
     pb_ecdsa key file. By default favour DSA anyway. But that forces also to
     change the cleanup of the authorized_keys file on the VM|RM to be done once
     the VM is launched to have the scan working (Bruno Cornec)
   * Fix an issue when the VM is already launched during the ssh setup a wrong port
     was used (Bruno Cornec)
   * Improve git support where pbconf is upstream in the main directory of a simple
     project (Bruno Cornec)
